AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE
CODE REGULATING THE LICENSING AND OPERATION OF TAXICABS AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 906
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains as fol-
lows:
SECTION ONE: That Section 64302 . 2, entitled Age: Citizenship,
of Chapter 64 of the Redlands Ordinance Code is hereby rescinded.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance is declared to be an emergency
measure for the preservation of the public health and safety in
accordance with the provisions of the Government Code of the State
of California and shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts , a daily newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in the City, of Redlands .
