AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CALIFORNIA CREATING A FOUR WAY STOP at the ,INTEASECTION OF CITRUS AVENUE AND ORANGE STREET , AND REQURING THAT ALL VEHICLES SHALL BE STOPPED BEFORE ENTERING SAID INTERSECTION. The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows: Section One: , That the intersection of Citrus Avenue and Orange Street , in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, California' is hereby designated and created to be a four way stop interezation within the meaning of the Gaiifornia Vehicle Code ' and that all vehicle traffic entering said intersection shall stop before doing so. Section Two: '�he Chief of Police is hereby authorized to erect and maintain stop signs conforming to the requirements of the California Vehicle Code at the entrance to all streets of said intersection and when stop signs are erected as in this Ordinance provided, every driver of a vehicle shall stop his vehicle at every such sign before entering such intersection. Section Three: Any person violating any of the provisions of this 6rdinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Fifty Dollars 450-00) or by imprisonment in the City or County Jaile for not more than five ( 5) days , or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section Four: Any and all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section Five: This,.:Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval as provided by law. Section Six: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordiance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts , the newspaper hereby designated for tha purpose. ayor of the City of R lands .
