AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER
67 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE BY ADDING SECTION
67716, REQUIRED OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC SIGNS OR MARKINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Chapter 67 of the Redlands Ordinance Code be
amended by the addition of Section 67716 to read as fellows:
§ 6771.6. REQUIRED OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC SIGN'S
OR MARKINGS.
(a) It is prohibited for any person to
stop, leave standing, or park any vehicle upon any highway
or municipal parking facility in violation of any sign or
marking placed under authority of Article 677 of the
Redlands Ordinance Code.
(b) A violation of this ordinance shall
be an infraction.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in this city.

that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of September, 1980, by the
following vote:
