AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE
REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 62, PARKINGS LOTS, AND CHAPTER 67,
TRAFFIC, AND A_-MENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1.606
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Redlands Ordinance Code be amended by
deleting in its entirety Section 62203 of Chapter 62.
SECTION TWO: That Section 67107 be added to the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance to read as follows:
§ 67107. PAYMENT OF VIOLATION: TIME AND AMOUNT.
Any owner or operator of a vehicle dealing with the parking
of a motor vehicle on any highway or in any municipal parking
facility shall pay a penalty in the amount designated by the
fallowing schedule in full satisfaction of such violation:
(a) If paid within fifteen (15) days:
Red Zone, no stopping or parking sign $10 . 00
Passenger Loading Zone 5 . 00
Freight Loading Zone 5. 00
Overtime Parking, green curb or sign 5 .00
Misrepresenting time of first parking 10. 00
Handicapped Zone 25. 00
Fire Hydrant 10 . 00
Parking on a Sidewalk 10 . 00
Parking in a Crosswalk 10 . 00
Overnight Parking 5. 00
Unlawful Street Storage 10 .00
All other Redlands City Parking
Ordinances not listed 10 . 00
(b) If paid within thirty (30) days :
The above listed penalty plus 10 . 00

SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and shall cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city. §
