AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING THE
REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 67 , TRAFFIC, AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE
NO. 1731
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Section 67716 of the Redlands Traffic Ordinance
be amended to read as follows :
§ 67716. REQUIRED OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC SIGNS
OR MARKINGS.
(a) It is prohibited for any person to
stop, leave standing, or park any vehicle upon any highway
or municipal parking facility in violation of any sign or
marking placed under authority of Chapter 67 of the Redlands
Ordinance Code.
(b) A violation of this ordinance shall
be an infraction.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause :it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city.
