AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS A14ENDING THE
REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE, CHAPTER 67 , TRAFFIC
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE: That Section 67718 be added to the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance to read as follows :
§ 67718 .
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person,
auto dismantler, or vehicle repair
facility to park or leave standing,
any wrecked or disabled vehicle upon
any highway within the City of Redlands
for a period greater than thirty (ail)
minutes.
(b) This section shall not prohibit a
person from parking or leave standing
a vehicle for the purpose of making
emergency repairs.
(c) A violation of this ordinance shall be
an infraction.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city.
