AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF REUANDS TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, SECTION
677 . 9 , CHAPTER 67 .
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as
follows :
SECTION ONE: That 6ection 677 . 9 (a) of the Redlands Traffic
Ordinance is amended to read as follows :
(Whenever the City Council determines upon the basis of a
traffic engineering investigation that it is necessary to pro-
hibit stopping , standing or parking of vehicles on certain
highways or portions thereof or on any municipal parking lot at
all or certain hours of the day in order to facilitate the move-
ment of traffic or to eliminate hazardous conditions , the City
Council shall by resolution, dire=ct the Traffic Engineer to
place appropriate signs or curb markings as designated in 6ection
689 . 5 on such highways or portions thereof or an such municipal
parking lot,
SECTION TWO : This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by lava _
UCTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinancr and cause the same to be jubli3hed once in the Redlands
Daily Facts , a newspaper of general cd pfilation printed and published
in this City .
