AN ORDINANCE CF THE CITY OF REDLANDS kMERDING AH ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DECLARING AND ESTABLISHING A PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT OF 361MILES PER HC UP09-1
PORTIONS OF CERTAIN CITY STREETS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That in order to facilitate the orderly movement of
traffic and to promote public safety and welfare, it is hereby determined and
declared that a speed limit of 30 miles per hour shall be in force and effect
upon and along those portions of certain streets within the incorporated city
limits described as follows, and that the speed limits be posted on said streets
accordingly:
The North and Sauth sides or traffic lanes of Brookside Avenue from
the intersection of Center Street and said Brookside Avenue to the
West corporate limits of the Gity of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: Section Ve of Ordinance No. 890 is hereby amended to
read as follows.-
Section One: That in order to facilitate the orderly movement of traffic
and to promote public safety and welfare, it is hereby determined and declared
that a speed limit of 35 miles per hour shall be in force and effect upon and along
those portions of certain streets within the incorporated city limits described
as follays, and that the speed limits be posted on said streets accordingly:
East Citrus Avenue from the intersection of Cook Street and said Last
Citrus Avenue to the East corporate limits of the City of Redlands.
West Lugania Ayenuk from the intersection of Texas Street and said West
Lugonia Avenue to the West corporate limita of the City of Redlands.
West Colton Avenue from the intersection of Texas Street and said West
Colton Avenue to the West corporate limits of the City of Redlands.

nance and shall cause the same to be published (=e in the Redlands Daily Facts,
the newspaper hereby des-1-gnated. for that purpose.
