AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1158 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, EN-
TITLED: "TRAILER COACHES, CAMP CARS" .
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Section 6613 of Ordinance No. 1158 of the City
o,if Redlands, entitled, "Accessory Building" , shall be amended as
follows:
§ 6613 . STRUCTURES IN AUTO AND TRAILER PARKS . The construc-
tion and use of cabanas, ramadas, structures, and other
accessory buildings in auto and trailer parks shall be reg-
ulated or prohibited in accordance with the Rules and Regula-
tions For Structures in Trailer Parks provided in the
California Administrative Code, Title 8, Chapter 9, Article
4. No structure in an auto and trailer park shall be
constructed, erected, altered or moved without first obtain-
ing a building permit from the City of Redlands.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: No permanent cabana, defined as any cabana which
is designed so as to be not readily disassembled, moved, and re-
assembled, shall be constructed, erected, maintained, or used within
the City of Redlands.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adopt-Lon of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this City.
