A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FIXING THE
RATE AND LEVYING THE PROPERTY TAX FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1976 - 1977
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOL-
LOWS
SECTION ONE: There is hereby levied upon all taxable property
in the City of Redlands, California for the fiscal year 1976-77 a
property tax of Two Dollars and Forty-eight Cents ($2.480) on each
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed value of such property
apportioned as follows
Ninety-six cents
Forty-four and one-half cents
Eight cents
Twenty-eight and one-half cents
Sixty-six cents
Five cents

SECTION TWO: It is hereby found and declared and determined
that this Resolution is urgently required for the peace, health and
safety in that it is necessary to levy a valid tax for the purpose
aforesaid, and without which there will be no revenue or funds to
defray the expenses of said City, and this Resolution will take
effect and be in force immediately after its passage and approval.
SECTION THREE The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Resolution and shall cause same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts.
