AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE ORDINANCE NO. 1108 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-
SECTION ONE: That Plumbing Code Ordinance No. 1108 of the City of Redlands
shall be amended by adopting Amendment No. 1 to read as follows:
CHAPTER 11, Building Sewers and Private Sewage Disposal Systems be
hereby amended by -adding to Section llll,, Private Sewage Disposal (General)
an additional paragraph designated as (H) Location of Private Seepage Pits and
Septic Tanks.
SECTION 1111 (H) - All Seepage Pits and Septic Tanks shall be located
in the front yard area setbacks as defined in Zoning Ordinance No. 1.000 - Yard.,
Front - or such other location as may be designated by the City Engineer.
SECTION TWO- This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance And cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a
newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
