VERSION, DEMOLITION, OCCUPAINCY, EQUIP�214T, USE, HEIGHT, AP. A ANBD tI.AL�i`fENANCE OF
BUILDINGS OR STRUCT .LES IN THE CITY OF REDL.ANDS, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
PEF11ITS AND COLLECTION OF FEES Tr REFOR; DECLARTI-IG AND ESTABLISHING FIRE DISTRICTS;
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND AITENDING UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
HEREIN ADOPTED BY ADDING NEM SECTIONS THERETO, AN REPEALING AiLL 0_RDINANCES AND
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THE1&dITH.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Uniforms. Building; Code, 1955 Edition, -mith Appendix, as adopted
in Ordinance No. 1067, is hereby amended by deleting Table No. 3-A, IlBuilding Pert
Fees," and adding thereto Table No. 3-A, 'Building Permit Fees", from the Uniform
Building Code with Appendix, 1961 Edition, to read as follows:
TABLE NO. 3WA - BUILDING PEFUaT FEES
TOTAL VALUATION Fee
Less than $20.00 No Fee
$20.00 to and including $100.00 $2.00
More than x'100.00, to and including $14.00.00 3.00
More than $400.00, to and including $700.00 5.00
More than $700.00, to and including $1,000.00 6.00
Each additional $11000.00 or fraction, to and
including $25,000.00 3.00
Each additional $1,,000.00 or fraction, to and
including 50 000.00 2.50
Each additional 1.,000.00 or fraction, to and
including $100,000.00 1.50
Each additional $1000.00 or fraction,
more than $1005000.00 1.00
SECTION TL-FO: Each proviicion of this ordinance shall be separate and severable and
in the event any specific provision is declared.'void or invalid no other section,
othen�rlse legal and valid, shall be affected thereby.
SECTION THREE: All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect as provided by late.
SECTION FIVE: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and
shall cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a daily
newspaper designated for that purpose.
