'Ispat this City Council hereby finds and determines that the public inrerest and necessity require the acquisition and improvement de- scribed -scribed in said Ordinance of Intention and hereinafter de cribed and tha the property to be acquired as here- inafter described is necessary for the purpose. Section 2 That this City Conucil hereby orders the acquisition describe in said Ordinance of Intention, naive- ly, the acquisition in fee simple for parking daces of the following de- scribed property in said city, to-wit: Parcel 1 Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and , Park Addition, as ;shown on map recorded in Book 16, Page 61 o reaps, records of :an Bernardino County. 9a,rc:cl 2. The foregoing acquisitions shall be subject to any existing easements or other rights for public street or alley purposes. Section 3. That this: City Council hereby order, the improvement de- scribed scribed in said. That the City Attorney' of said cityis hereby directed to bring an action in, the superior court in the name of said city for the condem- nation of the property necessary and proposed to be acquired as described in this ordinance, provided that this City Council may contract for the purchase of ani,, of said lands, an(I any part of said lands ac uired, lay . purchase or b gift need not be in- eluded in the condemnation action or; g f included therein, need not be con- dern ned Except as otherwise pro- vided d in said Vehicle Parkin Dis- trict Law of 1943 the cond+e enation action shall: be filed and the condem- nation proceedings taken substantially as provided in the Street Opening Act of 1903, and particularly in Chapters 7, 3, 9 and 10 thereof... Section 7, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this erdl nance and shall cause this ordinance to he published once in the Redland Daily Facts, a newspaper of genera) circulation piiblished in said city, Section $, This ordinance shall take: effect thirty (301 days after its pas- sage.
