ORDINANCE CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'ZHE CITY OF REDLJkNDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
SECTION ONE: Section 2281 of Ordinance No, 1159 and Section
2281 of the City of Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec2281 MERCiLANDISE AND SERVICE kCHINES, Every
person, fizirt, or corporation renting, iieaslnq, or operatir.g
a coin-operated machine or similar device dispensing goods,
wares, merchandise or providing a service within this City
shall pay a license fee based on the gross rer7eipts therefrom
as set forth in Article 221 above.
SECTION TWO: Eac_.h provision of tnis ordinance shall be sep--
arate and severable, and in the event any specific provision

declared void or invalid, no other section, cth-erdse legal, and
valid, shall be affected thereby.
SECTION THREE- This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall �2ertify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this city.
