AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE

1.159 AND SECTION 2281 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE
BY REPEALING SECTIONS NO. 2282, 2283, 2284, 2285 AND
2286 AND RESCINDENG ORDINANCE NO, 1.472
THE CITY COUNCI'L' OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL—

SECTION ONEg That Section 2281 of Ordinance No. 1159 and Section
2281 of the City of Redlands Ordinance Code are hereby amended to
read as follows :
Sec. 2281. COIN OPERATED VENDING MACHINES , Every person,
fig, or corporation renting, leasing, or operating a coin-
operated machine or similar device dispensing goods, wares,
merchandise or providing a service within this City shall pay
a license fee based on the gross receipts therefrom as set
forth in Article 221 above.
SECTION TWO . That Ordinance No. 1472 be and is hereby repealed,
SECTION THREEThis ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION FOUR.- The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city,
