ORDINANCE NO. 1885
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 1843 REGARDING ALLOTMENTS OF OUTSIDE WATER AND SEWER
CONNECTIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain as
follows :
SECTION ONE: Section III (J) of Article 940 of Chapter 94
of the Redlands Ordinance Code is hereby amended to read:
"J. OUTSIDE WATER AND SEWER CONNECTIONS
In implementing Section 6 of Proposition "R" , no
allotments shall be made to projects which conflict with the
intent of Proposition "R" or the General Plan as interpreted
by the City Council . "
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in this city.
