AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
ARTICLE 144 OF THE REDLANDS ORDINANCE CODE ESTABLISHING PERCENTAGE OF
COSTS REASONABLY BORNE, TO BE RECOVERED, AND REVIEW SCHEDULE FOR SEWER
AND WATER CHARGES.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby ordain as follows :
SECTION ONE:
Section 14404, Service Numbers S-75 , S-76, S-77 and S-81 are hereby
amended to read as follows:

SECTION TWO
Service Numbers S-75 . 20 , S-75 .50 , S-75 . 60 , S-75 .70 , S-80 .50 , and
S-80 .60 are hereby added to Section 14404 of the Redlands Ordinance
Code, as follows:

SECTION THREE EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect January 5 , 1987 .
SECTION FOUR: REPEALER
All ordinances, Redlands Ordinance Code sections, all resolutions and
all City Council motions , and all actions of City boards and
commissions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Resolutions 2947 , 2944 , 3866 , 4160 , and 4161 are specifically
repealed.
Resolutions 3812 , Sections I-IV, VI , and VIII are specifically
repealed.
Resolution 3510 , Section III .3; Section IV A. , 5 . (portion pertaining
to sewer service) , and 6 . ; and Section V.a) are specifically repealed.
SECTION FIyE: SEVERABILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT CODE
§54991
If any section, subsection, or provision of this Ordinance is found to
be unconstitutional or contrary to law then all the other sections,
subsections , and provisions hereof shall remain in full force and
effect .
This Council finds that the fees in this ordinance do not exceed the
estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fees
are charged.

SECTION SIX: CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper
of general circulation and published in this City .
