AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ANENDING ORDINANCE No. 411 E. AT WATER- RATES.
The Board ol"I'rustees of the City of Redlands do ordaill as- follows:
Section I. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 411 is horeby amended
by adding thereto a new subdivision to be designated No.40,and
to read as follows:-
No.40. Private Bath Tubs in excess of one, and private
toilets In excess of two, 25 cents each.
Section 2.- seklon 2 of said ordinance No. 411 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:-
"Nothing herein shall be construed as permitting the use of one
mete z to measure the water furnished and supplied to any storewr
building, or business bloak, where there is more than one
person, tenant on oeaupant of such building, but in all such
oases, where water is aupplied by meter, a separate meter sbalf,N,

be installed to meaaure the water used by each such person,
tenant or occupant.
Section 3.- This ordinance shall take effect on July 10 ,1907.
