The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE.# That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, he and is hereby amen ed by adoptiag Amendment Na6 29, which adds to Section 40.10 (b) Paragraph 1, as follows: - "The provisions of section 40.10 (b) 1. Shall apply uniformly throughout the C-3 General Commercial Dia— trict, except that property located within the terri— torial limits of any ea-mpleted proceedings for the formation of an Off-Street parking bistrict shall be deemed to have complied with the provisions of the above section." SLCTION TWO: before adapting this Ordinance, the City Council held a public hearing, notice of which was pablishad in the City of Redlands on the day of _­&_1e �, 1969, days before the hearing, In SECTION THIMM: This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by 14w.
