AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE XON 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING
ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MI APS AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP
AND EFFECTING A CHANGE OF ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of
Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and
Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone district as shown
on the Land Use District Map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning Maps
Supplemental Map No. 30911 attached hereto, is hereby approved as an
ammendment of the Official Land Use Zone Map as provided in Section
Nine of Ordinance No. 1000 and on file in the office of the City Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Redlandso
SECTION 2. This amendment to Ordinance Noo 1,000 adopts Zone Change
Noe 30 changing from M-2 (General Industrial) to C-4 (Highway Com-
mercial) District shown on Supplemental Map No. 30.
SECTION 3. Before adopting this ordinance, the City Council held a
public hearing, notice of which was published in the City of Redlands,
on the irebruar

SECTION 4. Effective dates This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law,
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Factsy a
newspaper of general circulation printed a published. in this city,
