TIAL DISTRICT)" , AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES il-MENDING SAID Oni)INANCL NO.
1124; AND A RESOLUTION RENYFIMIIING REVOCATION OF ALL PERMITS Gk-!IUNTL�D IN AC-
CORDAINCE 'SITU SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of -Uedlaads does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1124 of the City of 11tedlauds , entitled
"An Ordinance Amending 1,ouincr Ordinance No. 1000 by Pro viding, a, T-P District

Trailer Par-1., Residential District) ," is hereby repealed.
SLCTION' T'SO: That it i-- hereby resolved, in accordance with tand re-
affirmiriff the minute order of the City Council dated August 1, 1960 that all

permits for trailer park devrelopment heretofore granted under said Ordinance
i,,o. 1124 ara revoked.
SECTION MMEE: If any section, sentence, clause, phrase or resolution
of this Ordinance is for any reason hold by a court of coupetent jurisdiction
to be invalid, such decisiGn shall riot effect the validity of the romaining-
portion of this ordinance or any separate resolution hereof. The Council of
the City of Redlands horeby declares that it woul1 have passed and does here-
by pass this Ordinance and each sectio, sentence, clause and phrase hore- of,
and the resolution set forth herein, irrespective of the .fact that any one or
more sections, ,sentonesa, clauses, or plirases he declared invalid, or uncoll-
stitutional.
SECTION FOUR: All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTIO. FIVE: This Ordinance shall take effect and I.-te in force frai-I
and after its passage as provided by law.
SECTION SIX: The: City Clerk shall certify to t'12ic passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the liedlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper hereby designetod for that purpose, publi-shed in the City
of Uedlands.
