ZONING MAP AND ZFFBCTING A CHANGE OF ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordains
SWTION 1. Public hearings having leen held before the Planning
Conanission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of
Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Or-
dinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone district as shown on
the Land Use District I. p entitled "City of Redlands Zoning Xap. Suppler-
mental Map No. 35 attached hereto, is hereby approved, and said Nap is
hereby adopted as a part of the Official. Land Use Zone Map as provided in
Section Nine of Ordinance No. 1000 and on file in the Office of the Plan-
ning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SBCTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from C-2
(Neighborhood Shopping Center) to R-2 Multiple Faraily Residential) of
the land shorn on Supplemental Map No. 35.
SECTION 3. Effective date: this ordinance shall be in farce
and take effect as prmmided by l vg.
SZCTIOM 4. the City Clerk, shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the saMG to be Published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city.
