AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 71 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section One: That Zoning ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 28.00, M-1 Light Industrial District, and Section
29.00, M-2 General Industrial District, are hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 28.00: M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Amend Section 28. 10: USES PERMITTED
Buildings, structures, and land shall be used and buildings
and structures shall hereafter be erected, altered, or enlarged
only for the following uses . Site plans for new buildings on
property abutting a major or secondary highway as designated on
the Redlands General Plan, or abutting freeway frontage roads,
shall be submitted to the Commission for review and approval.
A. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES
SECTION 29.00: M-2 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
Amend Section 29. 10: USES PERMITTED
Buildings, structures, and land shall be used and buildings
and structures shall hereafter be erected, altered, or enlarged
only for the following uses. Site plans for new buildings on
property abutting a major or secondary highway as designated on
the Redlands General Plan, or abutting freeway frontage roads,
shall be submitted to the Commission for review and approval.
A. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in the City of Redlands .
