AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING AMENDMENT
NOo 84 TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section One: That Zoning ordinance No . 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 45. 00 (b) LOTS IN HILLSIDE AREAS , be hereby amended
as follows:
SECTION 45. 00 LOTS IN HILLSIDE AREAS
(b) on property having uphill or downhill slopes , as described
in (a) of this Section, the Commission may approve the
construction of a residence or garage in the required front
yard.
Authorized construction shall commence within a period of
one (1) year from the date of commission approval. The
Commission may grant an extension of time not to exceed
one year upon demonstration of cause by the applicant.
Any change in conditions that pertained to the property at
the time of approval shall void the approval.
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this City.
