AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 46.00, Non-Conforming Buildings and Uses, is hereby
amended as follows:
SECTION 46.00: NON-CONFORMING BUILDINGS AND USES
Section 46. 30: AGRICULTURAL GROVES IN ALL ZONES
The planting, cultivating and maintenance of agricultural groves
is a permitted use in any zone district,- however, such groves
shall be maintained in a healthy, or productive condition and
cared for in accordance with customary agricultural practices
in the community. Failure to maintain any agricultural grove
in such manner shall be cause for the city to require abatement
of the condition by the removal of any and all such trees, and
to enforce such requirement as provided in this ordinance. For
the purpose of this section, ten or more trees shall be con-
sidered an agricultural grove.
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circula_ ' n rinte d published
in the City of Redlands .

regular meeting thereof on the 4th day of August, 1970 by the follow-
ing vote:
AYES : Councilmen Knudsen, Miller, Sewall, Vice Mayor DeMirjyn
NOES : None
