AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 102 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 17 .00 R-1 Single Family Residential District, is hereby amended
as follows :
SECTION 17.00: R-1 Single Family Residential District (R-1-7200)
Section 17 . 20: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
G. SIDE YARD
Each lot shall have a side yard of not less than five (5) feet
on one side and not less than ten (10) feet on the opposite side.
For lots containing less than the required minimum frontage, the
aggregate side yard dimensions shall be not less than twenty (20)
per cent of the width of the lot; provided, however, the minimum
side yard on either side shall be not less than five (5) feet.

corner lots .
See Section 37 .00 (f) for regulations applying to side yard on
reversed corner lots .
See Section 38.00 for regulations applying to computation of
yards .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this City.
