AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 104 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 52 . 50: PRD Planned Residential Development Regulations, is
hereby amended as follows :
SECTION 52 . 50: PRD PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
Section 52 . 51 : GENERAL PROVISIONS
D. ZONE DENSITY PROVISIONS
The maximum number of dwelling units per acre of net develop-
ment area shall be as follows:

R-S 5 .0
R-E 3 . 5
R-A 2 . 5
Net development area is defined as the gross area of the site
less land area required for completion of perimeter streets
and/or streets required by the circulation element of the
General Plan and less land area within the project set aside
for schools, churches, or other non-residential uses .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
City.
