HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1484_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1.484 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 105 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1 . That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Section 28 . 00: M-1 Light industrial District, is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 28 .00: M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT Section 28. 10: USES PERMITTED A. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES 3 . Other uses Boat, mobile home and camper sales and services . Volume sales outlets such as furniture, appliance and carpeting. Section 28. 20: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS K. OUTDOOR STORAGE, USES AND WASTE DISPOSAL 1. Outdoor storage and activities associated with permitted uses shall be enclosed by building walls, a solid masonry wall, solid fencing, or uniformly compact evergreen hedge, all continuously maintained and not less than six (6) feet in height located no closer to any street than the front setback line. Side and rear property lines shall be similarly treated when the subject areas are viewable from any street. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than six (6) feet SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
