HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1488_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 1488 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 109 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1 . That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Section 52. 26: Property Development Standards Within the Park, is here- by amended as follows: Section 52 . 26: PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS WITHIN THE PARK B. SETBACKS AND SPACE BETWEEN MOBILE HOMES AND STRUCTURES 2 . Attached or detached accessory structures shall be located not less than three (3) feet from any side or rear space line and not less than three (3) feet from any access road, except that enclosed accessory structures shall be located not less than ten (10) feet from any access road. Detached accessory structures shall be located not less than six (6) feet from any mobile home or accessory structure. 3 . Permanent structures, such as laundry building, recreational buildings, and caretaker residence, shall be located not less than twenty-five (25) feet from any mobile home or access road. F. PATIO A cement concrete patio or raised deck of suitable material, area and dimension shall be provided for each mobile home space. Addition to Section 52 . 26 X. PERMIT REQUIRED Prior to the placement or relocation of any mobile home or accessory structure within a park, a permit shall be obtained from the Department of Building and Safety. Permit fees shall be as established by the City Council and the State of California. SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 3 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this City.
