ZONE CHANGE 153 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1, Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act, the Land Conservation Act, and Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone districts as shown on Land Use District Map en- titled "City of Redlands Zoning Map", Supplemental Maps Nos . 153A through 153H attached 'hereto, are hereby approved, and said Maps are hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use Zone Map as pro- vided in Section 9 of Ordinance No, 1000 and on file in the office of the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands, SECTION 20 This ordinance establishes the following changes of zone classificationsz (a) From E to R-1 for parcel on the northwest corner of E, Brockton Avenue and University Street; (b) From R-•E to O for triangle of property bounded by Rossmont Drive, Garden Street and Mariposa Drive; (c) From A-1 to A-D for two parcels adjacent to airport access road; (d) From M-1 to C-M for properties west of Alabama Street between railroad tracks and Interstate 10 and for property extending approximately 600 feet west of Alabama Street on Redlands Boulevard; (e) From C--4, M-1 and T to C-M for properties bounded by Texas Street, Stuart Avenue, Orange Street and Interstate 10, excepting those properties currently zoned R-2; (f) From M-1 to C-M for approximately 1350 feet of property south of Lugonia Avenue 1320 feet east of Alabama Street and bounded on the south by Inter- state 10; (g) From M-1 to C--M for properties located between Stuart Avenue and Interstate 10 and New York Street and Texas Street; (h) From R-2 to R-1 for mobile home park on the north side of Lugonia Avenue east of Stanford Street extended, Said changes of zone comply with the Land Conservation Act and are in conformity with the land use element of the General Plans SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION 4, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this city.
