AN' ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO , 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY
ADOPTING ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAPS AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL
LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING CHANGES OF ZONE. ZONE CHANGE 156
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City
of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act,
the Land Conservation Act, and Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, the zone districts as shown on Land Use District Map en-
titled "City of Redlands Zoning Map", Supplemental Maps Nos. 156 A,
B, C, F, and G attached hereto, are hereby approved, and said Maps
are hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use Zone Map as pro-
vided in Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1000 and on file in the office of
the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes the following changes of
zone classifications: From R-S to C-1 for property at southwest cor-
ner of Cypress Avenue and Center Street (Map 156A) ; From R-2 to C-1
for property at northwest corner of Citrus Avenue and Judson Street
(Map 156B) , From Rm1 to C-2 for property at southeast corner of San
Bernardino Avenue and Orange Street (Map 156C) ; From M-1 to R-2 for
property at northeast corner of East Central Avenue and 9th Street
(Map 156F) ; From M-}1 to R-S for property at southeast corner of
Tennessee Street and S,F.R.R. , and from M-2 to M-P for property at
northeast corner of Tennessee Street and S.F .R,R, (Map 156G) P Said
changes of zone comply with the Land Conservation Act and are in con-
formity with the land use element of the Genera. Plano
SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city,
