AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY
ADOPTING ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAPS AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL
LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING CHANGES OF ZONE. ZONE CHANGE 157
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City
of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act,
the Land Conservation Act, and Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, the zone districts as shown on Land Use District Map en-
titled "City of Redlands Zoning Map", Supplemental Map No, 157 attached
hereto, are hereby approved, and said Map is hereby adopted as a part
of the Official Land Use Zone Map as provided in Section 9 of Ordi-
nance No. 1000 and on file in the office of the Planning Commission of
the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes the following changes of
zone classifications. From C-1 to T for property at southwest corner
of Central Avenue and 10th Street; from C-1 to A-P for property on
south side of Central Avenue between 10th and lith Streets and between
Central Avenue and State Street; from C-1 to A-P for property on south-
east corner of Central Avenue and 11th Street and between Central
Avenue and State Street; from R-2 and C-1 to A-P for property on south
side of State Street between Redlands Boulevard and Church Street;
from R-2 and C-1 to C-4 for property on north and south sides of Citrus
Avenue between Redlands Boulevard and Church Street; from R-2 to T for
property on west side of Church Street between State Street and Citrus
Avenue; from R-2 to T for parcel on southwest corner of Church Street
and Citrus Avenue; from C-1 to R-2 for parcel on north side of Clark
Street between Church Street and Redlands Boulevard. Said changes of
zone comply with the Land Conservation Act and are in conformity with
the land use element of the General Plan.
SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this city.
