ORDINANCE NO. 1543
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 122 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 25 . 10, General Provisions; Sections 25 .20 and 26. 20,
Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit; and Sections 27.51 and
28.51, Uses Permitted, be hereby amended as follows:
Section 25 . 10 : GENERAL PROVISIONS
D. Site plans and elevations for all new construction and/or addi-
tions shall be submitted to the Commission for review and approval.
Section 25 .20 : USES PERMITTED
D. USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Drive-thru sales and/or service.
Section 26 .20 : USES PERMITTED
D. USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Drive-thru sales and/or service.
Section 27.51 : USES PERMITTED
A. USES PERMITTED
Site plans for new buildings on property abutting a major or
secondary highway as designated on the Redlands General Plan,
or abutting freeway frontage roads, shall be submitted to
the Commission for review and approval. Buildings, structures,
and land shall be used, and buildings and structures shall
hereafter be erected, altered, or enlarged only for the fol-
lowing uses :
Section 28. 51 : USES PERMITTED
A. USES PERMITTED

Commission for review and approval. Buildings, structures,
and land shall be used, and buildings and structures shall
hereafter be erected, altered, or enlarged only for the fol-
lowing uses :
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
Section Three : The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the
City of Redlands .
