HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_1545_CCv0001.pdf f ORDINANCE NO. 1545 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 123 THERETO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN: Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, Section 45.30 and the Uses Permitted Sections of Sections 25.00, 26.00, 27 .00 and 28.00, be hereby amended as follows : SECTION 25 .00 : C-3 GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (1318) Section 25. 20 : USES PERMITTED D. USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT The following uses may be permitted subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit: Auto repair garages . No open service bis shall face a public street, or they shall be screened. Section 26. 20 : USES PERMITTED A. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES 4. Auto service establishments . No open service bays shall face a public street, or they shall be screened. Section 27.20 : USES PERMITTED A. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES 4. Auto Services - No open service bays shall face a public street, or they shall be screened. Brake relining Glass installation Muffler installation Painting Repair Upholstery Section 28.10 : USES PERMITTED A. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES 3 . Other Uses Agricultural uses, but excluding dairies, stock yards, slaughter of animals, and manufacture of fertilizer. Agricultural supplies and equipment, sales and service. Automobile accessory and parts sales. Automobile sales, new and used. Automobile repair services . No open service bays shall face a public street, or they shall be screened. C. USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT The following uses may be permitted subject to approval of a Conditional Use Permit: Animal and pet hospitals, kennels and animal pounds Automobile wash, mechanical or self service Building materials storage yards SECTION 45.00 : EXCEPTIONS The following exceptions are permitted subject to the conditions specified: Section 45.05: EXCEPTIONS FOR HILLSIDE LOTS Section 45.30 : EXCEPTIONS - PROJECTIONS INTO YARDS (h) Open unenclosed covered patios may project to within five (5) feet of the rear property line. Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Redlands .
