AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 127 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section One: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 27. 20D, Uses Permitted by Conditional Use Permit,
be hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 27 .00 : C-M COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
SECTION 27. 20 : USES PERMITTED
D. USES PERMITTED BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Retail store containing a minimum gross leasable area of
75,000 square feet subject to the parking requirements for
Neighborhood Commercial Districts.
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section Three: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the
City of Redlands .
