ORDINANCE NO. 1576
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECOMMENDING
THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION FOR PROPERTY TO BE ANNEXED
TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS - ANNEXATION NO. 51
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the Planning
Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City
of Redlands, complying with the California Government Code and the
provisions of Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands, the zone
classification of I-P Industrial District as shown on Supplemental
Map No. 167, attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
C-2-T to I-P Industrial District for the unincorporated territory
as shown on the map attached. The zone classification of I-P Indus-
trial District shall become effective at the same time that annexa-
tion of the subject territory to the City of Redlands shall become
effective.
SECTION 3 . Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and
published in this city.

I, Peggy A. Moseley, City Clerk, City of Redlands, hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the` 9th day of March, 1976 by
the following vote :
AYES: Councilmembers Knudsen, Miller, Grace, Mayor DeMirjyn
NOES : Councilman Elliott
ABSENT: None
