AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 132 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section One : That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, shall be amended by adding Section 45.40 : Exceptions -
Lot Dimensions and Area, as follows :
SECTION 45 .40 : EXCEP'T'IONS -- LOT DIMENSIONS AND AREA
The minimum lot dimension (s) and area requirements for a
residential zone may be waived for housing projects approved
under the provisions of Section 52.00.
Section Two: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
Section Three : The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in the City of Redlands.

City Council at a regular meeting thereof on the 3rd day of
August, 1976 by the following vote :
AYES : Councilmembers Knudsen, Grace, Elliott, Mayor DeMirjyn
NOES : None
