ORDINANCE NO. 1710
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 148 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: That Zoning Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of
Redlands, Section 52 . 22 : APPLICATION PROCEDURE, be hereby amended as
follows:
SECTION 52. 22 : APPLICATION PROCEDURE
H. MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION
A mobile home park may be subdivided in accordance with the
provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and the Subdivision
Ordinance of the City of Redlands. For purposes of this part,
a subdivision shall include a condominium project as defined
in the Civil Code, or a stock cooperative as defined in the
Business and Professions Code.
The tract map may be filed concurrently with the Conditional
Use Permit application or following its approval. The final
map shall show all building lines and indicate the maximum
dimension mobile home permitted for each lot. Land to be held
in common ownership, access easements, and other applicable
features required in the approval conditions shall also be
shown on the map.
A complete copy of Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions shall
be provided with the initial application. The City may be made
a third party beneficiary to the Conditions, Covenants and
Restrictions as deemed appropriate.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
City.
