AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 158 THERETO
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 15. 50 pertaining to rear yards, be amended as follows :
SECTION 15 . 50: REAR YARDS
Each lot shall have a rear yard of not less than twenty-five
(25) feet.
SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands,
Section 15. 55 pertaining to accessory buildings, be amended as follows:
SECTION 15. 55: ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
The provisions of Section 12. 20 shall apply except that
accessory buildings may occupy not more than fifteen (15)
percent of the rear yard area.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by lacer.
SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
city.

that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of October, 1981, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers DeMirjyn, Gorman, Riordan, Roth
NOES: Done
ABSENT: Councilmember Martinez
