AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE
CITY OF REDLAND,S BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 167 THERETO
R.P .C. NO. 599
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No . 1000 of the City of Redlands ,
Section 52 . 00 pertaining to Conditional Use Permits , be amended as
follows :
SECTION 52 .00 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
A. USES PERMITTED SUBJECT TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

q. Shared home for non-related senior adults living
together as a single household sponsored by a
non-profit organization may be permitted in any
residential zone . Occupancy of the home shall
not exceed two persons for each bedroom. Senior
adults are defined as persons 55 years of age
or older .
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk sha l certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be "Imlished once in the Redlands
Daily Facts , a newspaper of general ci lation printed and pub-
lished in this city .

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of September,
