AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AUTHORIZING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR UTILIZATION OF EXISTING
SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AS BED AND BREAKFAST INNS WITHIN
ANY ZONE OF THE CITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 52 . 10 (1) (4) of the Redlands Zoning
Ordinance No. 1000 and Ordinance No. 1863 are hereby amended to
provide as follows :
4 . USE IN ANY ZONE . Subject to the provisions
of this Section , a Conditional Use Permit
for a bed and breakfast inn use in existing
single-family homes shall be available
within any zone in the City.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands
Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published
in this City.
