AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 190 THERETO R.P.C. NO. 727
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands
Section 18 .28 .080 Rural Residential (R-R) District shall be amended as
follows:
18= 8 .080 Lot Area
Minimum lot area in the R-R District is one acre.
Any land parcel with an average cross slope of fifteen
percent or greater is subject to slope density
requirements of Chapter 18 .138, Hillside Development
District .
SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands
Section 18 .32 .040 Residential Estate (R-A) District shall be amended as
follows:
18 .32 ,040 Lot Area
Minimum lot area in the R-A district is 20 ,000 square
feet.
Any land parcel with an average cross slope of fifteen
percent or greater is subject to slope density
requirements of Chapter 18 .138 , Hillside Development
District.
SECTION THREE: That Ordinance No. 1000 of the City of Redlands
Section 18 .036 .040 Residential Estate (R-E) District shall be amended
follows:
18.36 .040 Lot Berea
Minimum lot area in the R-E district is 14,000 square
feet.
Any land parcel with an average cross slope of fifteen
percent or greater is subject to slope density
requirements of Chapter 18 . 138, Hillside Development
District .
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as
provided by law.
SECTION FIVE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily
Facts , a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this
City .

foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day of November , 1988 , by the
following vote:

Mayor Beswick
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember DeMirjyn
ABSTAIN: Councilmember Johnson
