HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2051_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2051 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1000 OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS BY ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 192 THERETO R.P.C.718 SECTION ONE: That ordinance No. 1000 , Section 18 .64.030 .B shall be amended to read as follows: 18.64 .030 .B Residential and Nonresidential Uses Combined Residential uses may be combined with nonresidential uses with a Conditional Use Permit. SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1000 , Section 18.64 .030 .E(8) shall be added as follows: 18.64 .030. E Uses permitted by Conditional Use Permit . 8. Mixed residential and nonresidential uses. The following items are to be included in the submittal of: a. A statement or plan setting forth the maximum number of employees. The number of employees may not be increased unless the applicant applies for a revised Conditional Use Permit. b. A parking plan or layout indicating that: 1. Parking for the residential unit (s) shall be provided on-site in addition to that required for the office use(s) or by evidence of an agreement for off-site parking acceptable to the City. 2. On-site parking is prohibited in the front setback area. C. Proposed signage.. SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circula- tion printed and published in this City.
