AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADOPTING AN ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAP AS PART OF THE
OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 323
R.P.C. NO. 733
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council
of the City of Redlands pursuant to California Conservation and
Planning Act and the Redlands Municipal Code, the Zone District as
shown on Land Use District Map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning
Map, " Supplement Map No. 323 attached hereto, is hereby approved,
and said Map is hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use
Zone Map as provided in the Redlands Municipal Code and on file in
the Office of the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
Transitional (T) District to Multiple Family (R-2) District for
the following locations:
1. 506 to 630 Linda Place (north side)
2. 7 , 11, 14, 15, 18, 22 and 24 South Buena Vista Street
3 . 6 to 19 South Parkwood Drive
4. 7, 7-1/2, 9 and 12 South Grant Street
5 . 18 and 24 South Eureka Street
6. 15 San Gorgonio Drive
7. 14 North Buena Vista Street
SECTION 3 . This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
Transitional (T) District to Administrative and Professional
Office (A-P) District for the following locations:
1 . 110 to 124 and 130 West Vine Street
SECTION 4. This ordinance establishes a change of zone from
Transitional (T) District to Suburban Residential (R-S) District
for the following locations:
1. 7 and 11 South Ash Street
SECTION 5 . Said changes of zones would be in conformity with
the General Plan.
SECTION 6. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 7 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this City.
