AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADOPTING AN ADDITIONAL LAND USE DISTRICT MAP AS PART OF THE
OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 329
R.P.C. NO. 754
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1 . Public hearings having been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council
of the City of Redlands pursuant to California Conservation and
Planning Act and the Redlands Municipal Code, the Zone District as
shown on Land Use District Map entitled "City of Redlands Zoning
Map," Supplement Map No. 329 attached hereto, is hereby approved,
and said Map is hereby adopted as a part of the Official Land Use
Zone Map as provided in the Redlands Municipal Code and on file in
the Office of the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes a prezoning and
change of zone for two areas . Prezoning applies to property
pending Annexation No. 73 presently zoned AG-40-AP (County) to R-R
(Rural Residential , one acre minimum lot size) District for
approximately 6.5 acres located westerly of Alessandro Road, 2,800
feet south of Sunset Drive. Rezoning applies to approximately 25
acres located westerly of Alessandro Road, 1 ,500 feet south of
Sunset Drive from A-1 (Agricultural) District to R--R (Rural
Residential , one acre minimum lot size) District. Said change of
zones to R-R (Rural Residential , one acre minimum lot size)
District would be in conformity with the General Plan.
SECTION 3 . Effective Date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published once in the
Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in this City.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of February,
1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Beswick, Cunningham, Milson;
