AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING
SECTION 18. 124 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO USES IN THE "O" (OPEN LAND)
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18 . 124 . 030 of the Redlands Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
1118. 124. 030 Permitted and Conditional Uses. In "O"
districts, no building, structure or land shall be used,
and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected,
structurally altered or enlarged, except for the
following purposes: . . .
b. Uses Permitted
by Conditional Use Permit. The following
uses may be permitted subject to approval of a conditional use
permit:
1. All principal permitted uses, whether public or
private, involving the use of a building or
structure, flood-control structures excepted.
2. Excavation and moving of rock . . .
3 . Aggregate processing plants,
4. Ready mix concrete batch plants,
5. Asphalt batch plants. "

SECTION 2 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause, it or a summary of it, to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in the City, and thereafter this
ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the
City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of
February , 1991 by the following vote:
