AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 15.36 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT
NO. 214 RELATING TO THE SIGN CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE : That the Section 15 . 36 . 040 (22 ) of the City of
Redlands Municipal Code shall be amended as follows:
SECTION 15 . 36. 040 (22)
Modify Diagram 15.36. 040 (22) of the Redlands Municipal Code
(Sign Code) to incorporate a 500-foot radius for freeway--oriented
signs for the east and west bound off-ramps of the I-10 San
Bernardino Freeway at California Street as illustrated in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect
as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: - The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published once
in the Redlands Daily Facts , a newspaper of general circulation
printed and published' in this City.
