AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING AN ADDITIONAL LAND USE ZONING
PLAN AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING
ZONE CHANGE NO. 343
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain:
SECTION 1. Public hearings having been held before the
Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council
of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation
and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the
boundaries as shown on Supplement Map No. 343 , attached hereto,
are hereby approved and adopted as a part of the Official Land Use
Zoning Map as provided for in Section 18 . 16. 020 of the Redlands
Municipal Code and on file in the office of Planning and Community
Development of the City of Redlands.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance establishes changes of zones from
A-1 (Agricultural, 5 acre minimum) District to R-A (20, 000 square
foot lots) District and R-R (Rural Residential, 1 acre lots)
District, and from R-A (Residential Estate, 20, 000 square foot
lots) District to R-R (Rural Residential, 1 acre lots) District in
an area south of West Sunset Drive, east of Alessandro Road and
west of Wabash Avenue, if extended. Said changes of zones would
be in conformity with the General Plan.
SECTION 3 . Effective Date: This ordinance shall be in force
and take effect as provided by law.
SECTION 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be published
once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and published in this City.

at a ,regular meeting thereof held on the 21stday of April
1992 , by the following vote:
