HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances_2192_CCv0001.pdf ORDINANCE NO. 2192 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING AN ADDITIONAL LAND USE ZONING PLAN AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL LAND USE ZONING MAP AND EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE NO. 345 - R. P.C. NO. 792 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS does ordain: SECTION ONE: Public hearings having been held before the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands and the City Council of the City of Redlands pursuant to the California Conservation and Planning Act and Title 18 of the Redlands Municipal Code, the boundaries as shown on Supplement. Map No. 345, attached hereto, are hereby approved and adopted as part of the Official Land Use Zoning Map as provided for in Section 18 . 16. 020 of the Redlands Municipal Code and on file in the Office of Planning and Community Development of the City of Redlands. SECTION TWO: This ordinance establishes a change of zone from A-1 (Agricultural , 5 acre minimum) District to R-R-A (Rural Residential - Animals, one acre lots) District and C-4 (General Commercial) District in an area easterly of Alta Vista Drive, southerly of Interstate 10, and northerly of Highview Drive to the easterly City Limits. SECTION THREE: Effective date: This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as provided by law.
