AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING CHAPTER 18 . 156 OF
THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT
AMENDMENT NO. 225 RELATING TO MEALS SERVED TO GUESTS OF A BED AND
BREAKFAST INN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the City of Redlands Municipal Code shall
be amended by amending Section 18 . 156. 250.E as follows:
18 . 156 . 250.E Breakfast shall be the only meal served to
guests of the bed and breakfast rooms
except where a restaurant facility exists
on the premises. Restaurant facilities are
only permitted in non--residential zones.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect as provided by law.
SECTION THREE: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause it, or a summary of it, to be
published once in the Redlands Daily Facts, a newspaper of
general circulation printed and published in this City.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of August, 1992,
by the following vote:
